David D. Dodge

David D. Dodge is President of the David D. Dodge Foundation and has supported numerous human rights organizations in the U.S. and globally for many years.​

​Mr. Dodge formerly served as President & CEO of a South Carolina-based risk management services corporation and also officiated college basketball in the U.S. and International tournaments in Brazil, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the former Yugoslavia.  

Mr. Dodge earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Miami, a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Certificate in Hospital Administration from Duke University. Mr. Dodge also served as Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Services Corps.

Mr. Dodge has traveled extensively to Cuba, Iran, Turkey, Germany, France, Great Britain, Finland, Sweden, the former Yugoslavia, Mexico, Belize, United Arab Emirates, Guatemala, Canada and Italy.  He credits his keen interest in supporting human rights to his experience traveling, making lasting friendships from many of these countries, and gaining a clear understanding of many of the human rights abuses he has seen first-hand.
